My experience at Vaughan’s has been nothing short of exceptional. The trainers I’ve been paired with are both knowledgable and encouraging, and most importantly, show genuine concern for my fitness goals, past injuries and overall health. Since I spend the majority of my work day sitting, I’ve been impressed how my upper and lower back issues have cleared up, and how my overall fitness level has improved such that hiking and other activities have been easier and more enjoyable.

I’ve also been impressed by the $10 drop-in Saturday circuits they offer. A great supplemental workout to the 2x/week training I’ve included in my schedule, and something I can invite friends too who are considering including weight training as a part of their weekly routine.
