I started with Jarid and his team almost a year ago and had a very frustrating – and painful – shoulder injury. No magic potions or ‘fad’ techniques, just sincere two-way communication, appropriate exercise and training, some physical massage, some ‘homework’, and I am virtually pain-free with 95% mobility in just 10 months. Each session is documented and carefully thought out so know matter who trains you, the experience is always the same. There’s an obvious caring about clients that is shown by each team member – but make no mistake, they work you hard! And the great thing is, you begin to love the hard work just as much, and before you know it, you’re in amazing shape physically and mentally!**
