I started at Vaughan’s Fitness five and a half months ago. I had never worked with a personal trainer and I had never set foot in a gym before. I was nervous and really unsure of what to expect, but I needed help working towards improving my mental health along with my overall physical health. I am so thankful that I made the choice to come to Vaughan’s. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Jazmin has been my main trainer, but I have worked with Cam and Alyssa as well. Jazmin is awesome! She has an amazing ability to know when to push me out of my comfort zone and just how far to challenge me. She is encouraging, positive and supportive during my weekly session. Every workout she creates is challenging and enjoyable and she adapts exercises so that I am able to complete workouts at home as well. I actually feel confident coming into the gym on my own now, and I look forward to my session with Jazmin every week. I would definitely recommend Vaughan’s Fitness to anyone looking to improve on their fitness goals, but especially to anyone who feels intimidated by the gym. My experience with Vaughan’s has been nothing but positive.
