Vaughan’s Fitness & Conditioning at The Gym at High Point is pleased to partner with PacificSport Fraser Valley in its GymWorksTM program.
As a GymWorksTM partner, we are excited to support PacificSport Fraser Valley athletes in their pursuit of their sport specific goals and dreams. Feel free to browse our site to find more about the Facility.
PacificSport athletes have access to the Gym at High Point from Monday to Friday between 12pm -8pm. Athletes must present their valid PacificSport card to a Vaughan’s Fitness coach upon entry to the High Point Gym.
Please Note:
The Gym at High Point is a private facility within a closed gate community, therefore a gate key is require to enter the facility grounds. A fully refundable security deposit of $50 is required to obtain a gate key. Contact us here to arrange a Gym tour and to activate gate key.

Special Rules
The Gym at High Point is a private facility. In consideration of our members and staff, we ask that athletes please review these important reminders from the PacificSport Athlete Agreement:

- The athlete agrees to be considerate of others, including Canadian Sport Institute/PacificSport partners, participants, volunteers and staff while agreeing to treat all of the above with respect and dignity.
- The athlete will avoid any conduct or action that disparages Canadian Sport Institute/PacificSport.
- The athlete will avoid the use of banned substances and practices that contravene the rules of World Anti Doping
- Association (WADA), the rules of their International Federation or the Canadian Policy Against Doping in Sport (2011).
- The athlete will act in accordance with a harassment and abuse free environment.
- Canadian Sport Institute/PacificSport cards are to be used solely by the registered athlete to whom the card was issued.
- An updated and valid Canadian Sport Institute/PacificSport card must be presented every time the member wishes to gain access to services and/or programs.

GymWorks Specific:

- GymWorks facilities will not be held responsible for property left in lockers or on the premises.
- The athlete must treat the gym equipment with care, and respect hours of access and age restrictions for each GymWorks facility.
- Participation in sport, general fitness and physical activity programs involves a risk of normal injuries associated with participation. An athlete’s participation in GymWorks will be deemed to indicate acceptance of such risks and an understanding that GymWorks facilities associated with Canadian Sport Institute/PacificSport accept no responsibility for activity related risks.
- The athlete agrees to abide by the rules of conduct for each GymWorks facility.
