This means you get MORE out of your workouts.  Jarid Vaughan (BSc Degree in Exercise Science), the owner and head trainer at Vaughan’s Fitness will use his years of education and experience to come up with a personalized plan individualized for you.  Not only will an individualized program be created, Jarid will be there with you every step of the way, helping you with technique and motivation.  Whether its the warm-up, cardio, lifting or stretching, Jarid will be there every second of your workout, guiding, leading, inspiring, motivating and educating you beyond your goals.
