Jarid Vaughan is the founder of Vaughan’s Fitnessa personal training company working with casual, recreational, elite, and professional fitness and healthy lifestyle seekers.  Whether general weight loss, body building/ toning, injury rehab/prehab/ICBC claims, or elite sports specific training is your goal, Vaughan’s Fitness is the premier answer.  All programs are individualized and tailored just for you and your personal goals.  Through fun challenges and training, continuous communication, and great training facilities and tools, Jarid will lead you to your fitness goal, no matter what it may be.

Jarid Vaughan is a former NCAA 1 athlete and Olympic hopeful.  He attended the University of Texas in Arlington where he got his B.Sc in exercise science and ran NCAA Div 1 track and field.  His accomplishments in track include 3 time NCAA Conference sprint champion – conference, regional and national all american – 5th place 2008 Olympic Trials, and ranked BC’s Fastest man 2007-2013.

Jarid’s experience as a coach and fitness personal trainer consists of many youth, amateur, elite and professional athletes, along with years of experience working with the general public.  His experience as an athlete along with his B.Sc in Exercise Science and various certifications including the Functional Movement Screen system have given Jarid the tools athletes and the general public seek out to better their health and fitness.

Vaughan’s Fitness offers premium personal training along with gym memberships for those seeking to work out by themselves or with friends.  Members have access to the Gym at High Point, an exclusive private gym, that boasts brand new cardio, strength machines and free weights, functional training, steam rooms, large showers, social room with pool table, darts and big screen tvs and a beautiful sun deck.

Those seeking group activities are welcome to join a circuit class, run group, hikes or adventures.  Free credits are given to personal training customers and members of High Point.

Fitness and conditioning is performed at the beautiful Gym at High Point.  An exclusive and private gym located in South Langley in the extravagant High Point community.  Complimentary water and towels welcome you to a beautiful and welcoming gym atmosphere. A fun and welcoming atmosphere takes the intimidation out of going to a gym.  Premium cardio, functional, strength and fitness equipment aid in achieving your personal fitness goals.  Located on the second floor, a sun deck looks out to the beautiful fountain and entrance to the Gym at Highpoint.
Vaughan’s Fitness will cater to you to fit a working training hour into your busy life schedule.  Possibilities include anywhere from 6am-8pm for personal training sessions. If you are only interested in membership at The Gym at Highpoint the facility hours are from 6am-11pm.
Want to work out in a group or with friends?  Classes are a great option for you.  Vaughan’s Fitness will offer circuit classes and run classes for personal training clients and members of the Gym at Highpoint.
